Michelle's Pumpkin Pie Spice-Kissed

 

Pie Crust
2 pkgs. Pepperidge Farm Molasses cookies
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Spray Pie Pan with Pam
Crush 1 1/2 pkgs of cookies (approx 10 cookies)
Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs for top.
Combine remaining crumbs with 4 Tbsp. butter.
Press crumbs into bottom and sides of a 8 3/4" pie pan.

Filing

1 30oz can Libby Pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice
2 eggs, lightly whipped
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup glazed pecans


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour remaining crumbs and glazed pecans on top of pie and bake for 45 minutes. Serve cool.
